This design actually request from a Client which i just meet once, not even do much talks. He just quick asked me if i could do quick design in all packages concept for his presentation. So basically he asked me to do a conceptual design both architecture & interior without to do research about the land, & etc. Well, as an architect who also do professional visualization presentation works, this task is not that complicated. As we keep aside the complexity and dilemma about budgeting & the business side of it. At the same time Client provide me a basic plan from his side as reference.

The main purposed of this villa is to be able to be function as a private villa but also in other occasion to be rental villa with separated room for rent.

So from this brief i do knew that the only basic issue that we have to solved in first place is the circulation the framing of the windows on every room. Basically almost all room have their own quality view. This is very important for a rental villa.

As you see, all master Bedroom which will be the most expensive room on the villa, i lay it on the second floor. The main reason is its must have proper in size. So the only way, is to put this room separated from the rest. The rooms will have their own privacy quality, more private access, and better views.

The Living area, Dining and Kitchen will be shared function.

As the Client very environmental concern, he want to use as many solar panel as possible as the cover of the roofs.
